The ability to block overlays for certain taskbar/tray icons

I'm autistic and I really hate it when stuff like Discord shows that I have new notifications in system tray and taskbar icons.

I want to look at them when I want to, not when the program wants to. I can already disable all badges from the taskbar, but I only want to hide a few and it doesn't do anything for the notification area.

Basically I just want to be able to select a list of programs whose icons should not have any overlays.
