Strange gap between items

I have this strange gap appearing between two items. As you can see, it's wider than the normal gap. Can you fix this?

I've never experienced this, and I don't remember users reporting such an issue. Do you have a way for me to reproduce it? When does it happen? Does it happen only when the tweaker is running?

Hi, thanks for the help.
Now that I've restarted the computer it hasn't happened since. If it happens again I'll try to work out what's causing it.
