mouse button control > emptyspace|rdblclick < it's not working

I get the standard context menu with each click.

7TT v5.2.1 on Win7Pro 64-bit

The appearance of the right click menu resets the double click detection, so it doesn't work.

You can see that if you change the single right click to something else, like muting the volume, double click will work.
