Automatic support for new windows insider builds
Hello, there is a way to make this work automatically on new windows insider build?
I'm a insider and every time windows update your app stop work (Could not load library)
There is a way to recompile dll or add an option to force run at my risk, something like this?
I use others explorer extensions and that other not break when windows insider update.
I use the latest beta, i'm donator.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Jean,
Unfortunately, that's not possible, at least not without adding a complex code instrumentation system to analyze Explorer's code. The tweaker relies on internal offsets inside Explorer, which have to be updated once they change. Those offsets didn't change at all back in the Windows 7 days when the tweaker was created, but today things move quickly, and almost each new Windows 10 version, released twice a year, breaks the tweaker. The matter with insider builds is even worse. Not every new insider build breaks the tweaker, but it happens rather often.
add an option to force run at my risk
That's what already happens. Every time you see a "could not load library" error, that means that the tweaker actually tried to run, but failed. Sometimes it causes explorer to crash, and sometimes the tweaker can detect that something's wrong (e.g. an invalid pointer) and abort gracefully.
I use others explorer extensions and that other not break when windows insider update
The tweaker has deeper integration with Explorer, and relies on internals that other tools usually don't rely on.
I use the latest beta, i'm donator
Thank you for the support!

Integrate transparency settings
There is a nice open-source (MIT license) tool, which can make taskbar customized/tweaked, but the main feature we like is that it can make taskbar transparent at any degree.
also has some other nice features.
Please integrate it within your application.
At this moment, I have to run 2 programs (7+ tweaker and that) 24 hrs in tray. If you integrate, i will only need to run your app.

Problem with new Windows build
Windows 10 updated this week and I am now unable to use Tweaker. It says I have an unsupported Windows build. I have uninstalled Tweaker twice. Any solutions?

"When not grouping, place new items next to the existing ones" option doesn't work for UWP apps

"library initialization failed" but it was working fine when Windows initially booted?
first of all, I don't know if this has already been reported because I tried clicking some of the similar topics but can't seem to read them on my browser. Apologies if this is a duplicate. Basically, it's the same old "library initialization failed. Perhaps your Windows version is not supported"... except I haven't updated Windows since the last time it was working. In fact, it was working fine until after I restarted Explorer just now. Why did restarting Explorer suddenly cause it to break? I know Windows updates are usually the culprit for this error, but I've never had it happen where I've seen this error without having just installed a new version of Windows. Certainly never seen it in the same login session where it was just working prior. I'm going to try a reboot right after I post this, but I thought I should let you know nonetheless that something might be broken, even if that happens to fix it (and I've got enough experience developing/poweruser-ing to know it very well might...).
If you need any sort of diagnostic information from me, let me know. My Windows version is Windows 10 home edition, version 2004, build 19041.508, installed on the 16th of September.

Latest Windows-10 update (9-17-20) causes 7*tt to group items pinned to the Taskbar. Is there a fix?
Latest Windows-10 update (9-17-20) causes 7*TT to group items that are pinned to the Taskbar. The Taskbar items didn't group before the WIN update of last week. Is there a fix? Thank you.

dragging windows in taskbar with mouse stopped working anymore in Windows 10 v2004
Since I updated to win 10 v2004 B(now uild 19041.450) dragging windows in taskbar with mouse right button stopped working.
I tried several updates of the tweaker but no change and yes the box is checked.
I loved this function really since years, hope it comes again.
Also showing seconds for the win clock stopped working anymore.
It seems that nothing is working, I tested some other features.
Sometimes after restart a kind of DLL-error pops up:
"+ Taskbar Tweaker: Konnte die Programmbibliothek nicht laden (5)
Library initialization failed, perhaps your Windows version is not supported."

"Control volume when mouse is over" not working
Scrolling to change volume when hovering over the taskbar or notification area suddenly stopped working.

Taskbar arrangement suggestion
First off I want to say I've been a happy 7+tt user for many years
and it's the most useful, stable utility ever, while also having a tiny
footprint and no negative impact on the OS. It's weird because I always
just install and forget about it, only occasionally when I use someone
else's computer do I realise how bad the standard windows experience is!
So thank you so much for the effort and dedication you put into maintaining it.
So I have this suggestion that may be possible to add as a 7+tt feature?
Basically I always use large taskbar buttons which are grouped, but I don't like to combine them. So closed programs have a small icon, but open ones have a wide button with text on. This means that as I open and close pinned items, the rest of the icons slide left and right along the taskbar. This makes it difficult to find some aplications quickly.
My suggestion is to allow pinning some icons to the right hand side of the taskbar, near the tray. That way I can move icons for some programs (like whatsapp and Your Phone) up to that end and force them to only use a small button, and they wouldn't slide up and down the taskbar as I open other programs. The ones on the left would still behave as they do now, but the ones on the right would always be in the same place and quick to locate.
Just a thought, maybe it sounds silly but for the way I work, it would definitely make like much easier.
Thank you for reading!

Is there a way to add a separator/line/space to visually "group" icons?
Rather than having simply a slew of icons, I'd like to add two or three separators to visually "group" my icons.
What might be even nicer is to have real groups which I could collapse - work, entertainment - that close and expand, but I'd even like to see some type of visual separator (think, 1-2 pixels of a differently colored line).
