I could reproduce the issue. Mouse click handling was changed in Windows 10, therefore it stopped working.
Please try the latest beta version, v5.1.0.4.
The regular "Cycle through windows" option does exactly that - it switches to the last window upon the first click, and then cycles through them. Am I misunderstanding your request?

I cannot reproduce that. Does it happen with a specific window/program, or with any program?
Can you provide your exact OS version, tweaker version, and if possible, a video that demonstrates the issue?
I couldn't reproduce it on my PC, Windows 10.
Please provide more details:
- Your OS version, including build number and bitness.
- Your 7+ Taskbar Tweaker version.
- If possible, a video that demonstrates the issue.
Probably won't be implemented in the tweaker, but you might want to try out T-Clock.
Which application has this issue?
Perhaps that's a duplicate of:

No, it isn't known.
Does it work with the non-beta version, 5.1?
