Can you please clarify what the issue is?

If you hide the start button, then obviously you cannot click it to open the start menu, regardless of whether Classic Shell is installed.

I don't completely understand which kind of drag'n'drop you are talking about. Can you provide a screenshot?

Also, what's your Windows version, and 7TT version?

Perhaps it's a Classic Shell issue. I'll look at it when I have the time.

Have you installed the latest Windows 10 update?

You can check by running winver from the start menu: if the build is larger than 10240, then you're using the new version, and it's not supported yet.
