OK, so you're talking about the Taskbar Inspector. The 7TT (or 7+ Taskbar Tweaker) window is this.

Are you talking about the taskbar? 7TT does not have a scrollbar.

All in all, I'm not sure I understand your issue. Could you please provide a screenshot?

Are you getting the same error number (206)?
That doesn't seem to correspond to your crash log, but it's difficult to say for sure.

I've installed Chrome on Windows 7, and made a clean reinstall of 7+ Taskbar Twekaer, with no settings turned on. Unfortunately, I could not reproduce the issue. Does it also happen with IE on your PC?

Please provide as much details as possible, and I'll try to reproduce it.

• What is your Windows version?
• What browser are you using? (If you have more than one, please check whether it happens only with one of them).
• Provide a screenshot of your taskbar properties.

That's already possible by using advanced options.
Open the Advanced Options Editor (more details), and add the following value to Mouse Button Control:
Name: taskbaritem|lclick
Value: 1
