I assume that I know what the issue is. Versions until 4.5.10 didn't check the server status while updating, so if the server was e.g. overloaded, the tweaker tried to execute the file which contained the server error message, instead of the actual setup file. As that's not an actual executable file, Windows reported that it cannot be executed in a 64-bit environment.
The tweaker supports both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows. Could you provide a screenshot of the error you're seeing?
The topic was created 11 months ago, so it surely is not about the latest update. But as far as I understand, it works now.
I'm not sure I understand what the issue is, and it's quite old, so I'll close it.
If it's still an issue, making a video that demonstrates it will help.
Fixed in v4.5.10, except for the cases when the folder window runs in a separate process.

That happens because the latest version of the tweaker reserves some memory for troubleshooting purposes, in an attempt to solve this issue. Note that the memory is only reserved, and not actually used until it's needed.
The commit size will be restored in the next version, if the issue above is indeed fixed.
The issue could have been fixed in v4.5.10, but I can't tell for sure, as it's not easy to reproduce.
