I don't think implementing this worth it. There are so many alternatives. Click and drag. Shift + right click. And you can use the "Mouse Button Control" advanced options if you need greater customization.

I can't say I've got a great infrastructure.
I have a window with lots of checkboxes, where I ran out of space.
Now I'm adding most of the new tweaker to what I call "advanced options".
But yes, it works, and it's probably good enough.

Perhaps it's possible to achieve with the Jumplist Extender program.
