If the window only one, for example the browser the Opera, uTorrent, Regedit, thumbnail doesn't appear. It will allow to get rid of annoying thumbnails there where they aren't necessary, and at the same time to increase the speed of their emergence for those items where they are necessary (in the registry key "ExtendedUIHoverTime") .
