Fix Reshuffling of Taskbar Buttons Whenever Windows Explorer Crashes (or Is Killed)

Taskbar bug with classic theme in Windows 7

I would like to see an option to draw a border around the active taskbar item (active window) so it's visually different from the other taskbar items.

CTRL+MiddleClick enables/disables a windows on top (over other windows).
